The highest quality of our products is our priority. Black Red White implements a process approach to quality control, starting from prototype control, through “0” series control, ending the implementation process with the first production series control, finishing with quality analysis and recording of quality information.
The key stages of the quality control process are as follows:
1. Prototype control and verification of technical parameters
Components are made according to blueprints and specifications, and then measured and assembled in order to prepare a prototype control report. The material durability of e.g. hinges and guides is determined by durability testing (pneumatic tester), hanging shelves by loading, etc.
2. The 0-series production control
The first production series is inspected and compared with the blueprints and specifications, and the furniture is measured and assembled in order to prepare a 0-series production report, all this information is a basis for quality analyses.
3. Ongoing monitoring process and quality analyses
Ongoing monitoring and inspections as per standardised forms are an integral foundation of the Quality Control Department. The details of the tested products are recorded in dedicated software in order to build a contractor-specific data base. At the same time, all this information is a basis for quality analyses.
